EDUCARE will be presenting our 1st Annual Bridge Building Network Symposium at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church, Dallas Texas on January 24, 2020. The event is titled “Becoming Visible: LGBTQ+ Care from Theory to Practice”, and will train caregivers on the nuances of providing care for LGBTQ+ older adults. Our ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between patient and caregiver that the LGBTQ+ community often faces.

“Becoming Visible” will be a full-day, CEU-certified event. Beyond HIV/AIDS wellness, presenters will be discussing LGBTQ+ cultural perspectives and how to integrate these concepts into practical care.

Sponsorship Commitment Form

Becoming Visible: LGBTQ+ from Care to Practice (“Symposium”) to be held on Friday, January 24, 20220 at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church

The procurement of sponsorships is to set the event-related expenses, to enhance the participant experience, to promote The Sponsor’s commitment to the care-giving community and to publicize The Sponsor’s product or services. Ed-U-CARE, Inc. reserves the right to approve or disapprove any potential sponsor.

​

The advantages and benefits of sponsorship are outlined in the attached Sponsorship Levels document. The Sponsor has selected the following level of support. Please select one level.

The Sponsor will contribute the amount selected above to Ed-U-CARE, Inc. (Symposium) for the sponsorship at the time of commitment. 

​

Ed-U-CARE, Inc. reserves the rights to any intellectual property developed for and/or created as a result of the Symposium. No recording, photographing, videotaping or broadcasting of the Symposium is permitted without the written consent of Ed-U-Care, Inc.

​

In addition, the Sponsor agrees to not share booth space at the Symposium with persons who are not in contract with Ed-U-Care, Inc. for this sponsorship. This includes displaying promotional collateral materials for companies other than the Sponsor.
